We have been made aware of a potential manufacturing issue with the title you purchased from Amazon.co.uk.

Possible affected units can be identified by the catalogue reference BSP2032 appearing on the spine of the outer slipcase holding all four discs, coupled with the barcode reference 5 051368 203232 appearing on the underside of the outer slipcase.

One of the discs in this boxed set: "The Godfather Part 2" may not work properly on your Blu-ray player.

The symptoms of the possible fault are that when watching the main feature of "The Godfather Part 2", the disc freezes at around 1hr 40mins and skips content before resuming play some 15 minutes later.
