The Cat That Looked At A King:This all-new animated short, done in the style of the chalk drawings seen in the film, has been produced exclusively for the 40th Anniversary Special edition DVD. Julie Andrews and two children magically enter the animated world of the chalk drawings to experience this whimsical tale based on one of the chapters from the original series of Mary Poppins books. Voiced by Sara Ferguson, Tracy Ullman and David Ogden Stiers.
The deleted “Chimpanzoo” song is constructed using original storyboard and concept art accompanied by a new rendition of the song performed by co-composer Richard Sherman.
