When the moon falls into an orbit that places it directly between two planets on opposing sides, a huge spacecraft from the planet Retha takes up an offensive position on the Moon.

19. THE TROUBLED SPIRIT
While attempting to communicate telepathically with his plants, botanist Dan Mateo collapses and a stange force sweeps through the base.

20. SPACE BRAIN
Alien hieroglyphics appear on all Alpha's screens and an Eagle sent to investigate their origin becomes covered by a white glutinous substance.
