Die britischen und us-amerikanischen DVD-Ausgaben von Im Geheimdienst Ihrer Majestät sind GESCHNITTEN! MI6.co.uk schreibt hierzu:

The Region 1 DVD loses a few seconds of the shadow of a cable car moving along a cliff face during Campbell´s ascent of the mountain.

The Region 2 DVD released during 2000 also loses this scene along with using a slightly different music cue when Gumbold leaves his office prior just before Bond breaks into his safe. Also in this version, just after Bond and Tracy escape from the stock car race, Bond says "I told you the crowd would discourage them." In the original version [which has been released intact on video], Bond says the line while Lazenby is seen in close up - in the DVD version,
the line is heard over a shot of the car racing away.
